Do You Wear Your SeatBelt??

since it was brought up in another post here is the question?
Do you wear yours?
When i was in College I did a whole paper on why a Law stating you must wear your seatbelt was wrong. I paid for my car. I pay for the insurance and the up-keep so why should the Goverment tell me I have to wear my seatbelt.

I understand why it is important now that I'm older and wiser. To not wear your seatbelt is just crazy. I have to wear one now.

Always try to click it. Better to be safe than sorry. Accident and ticket wise.

Yeah I do. If I don't I get dinging sound for about 5 or 6 minutesor until buckle up. So now it's a force of habit.

I wear mine if I go out of Pound....I usually don't wear it if I'm going somewhere in Pound though

I wear mine regardless of the length of the trip.
My parents always said "Girls! This car doesn't move until you're buckled up!"
Good habit they got us into.

No, only time I wear mine is I see a road check up ahead and then I swirve all over the road to put it on. I think the seatbelt is the dubmest law that we have. I've never understood that law at all.

Perhaps as a law (except for requiring children to be buckled) it may be overstepping a bit, but it's a good personal practice to get into.

I agree with kids but people that are old enough to drive are old enough to decide whether or not they want to wear a seat belt.
